In short. RedFlag Radar is an analytics service for public Instagram data. The Service is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Its assessments and ratings are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and do not constitute facts or evidence. The Service may be used only by persons aged 18 and over and solely in a lawful manner.

By using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service collects and displays only publicly available (public) information from open Instagram profiles — for example, public follows and public likes — and, on that basis, produces summaries and informational/entertainment AI assessments. The Service:
The Service is intended only for persons aged 18 and over. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
All ratings, assessments, conclusions about gender or interests, and any automated interpretations are generated by algorithms and AI, are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and on a probabilistic basis, may be inaccurate, and do not constitute facts, accusations, or evidence. Do not make important life, legal, or financial decisions based on them.
You agree to use the Service only in a lawful manner and confirm that:
You may not use the Service for: harassment or stalking; domestic violence or control over another person; threats, blackmail, discrimination; or any actions that violate the law of the user's country or the country of the person being analyzed. We may restrict or terminate access in the event of a breach of these rules.
Access to paid features is provided under a subscription costing $14.95 per week with automatic weekly renewal. Prices and the procedures for renewal, cancellation, and refunds are described in the Subscription & Refund Terms.
Payment methods: Visa / Mastercard bank cards via a certified payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Each charge uses the payment method selected and linked at checkout. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account, in the Telegram bot, or by writing to support@redflagradar.win — after cancellation, no further charges are made.
Provision of the service (digital delivery): The Service is digital and provided online. Access is granted immediately after successful payment — with no physical delivery. The Service is available to users from countries where it is not prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms constitute a public offer (public agreement) of the Operator. By subscribing and making payment, you fully and unconditionally accept the terms of this offer.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The availability of public data depends on Instagram and may change or disappear.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for decisions and actions taken on the basis of information from the Service. The Operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last 3 months.
We may update these Terms. We will post material changes on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
