If you are a person whose public profile has been analyzed, you can request deletion of your data: support@redflagradar.win.

At your request, we collect publicly available information from the specified open Instagram profile in order to produce a report:
We do not collect passport data, phone numbers, addresses, payment details, or any other official identifiers of the analyzed profiles, do not access private accounts or direct messages, and do not use passwords. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (providing analytics of publicly available information). If your profile has been analyzed, you may object to the processing and request deletion — see section 7.1.
Summaries and scores are generated automatically, are probabilistic in nature, and may be inaccurate. They are not statements of fact, do not produce legal or similarly significant effects for the analyzed person, and are intended solely for the user's informational purposes (see the Terms of Service).
We use third-party services to operate, measure, and promote the Service. They may process technical data (including IP, device identifiers, and cookies) as independent or joint controllers. Details about cookies are in the Cookie Policy.

Only with the trusted service providers listed above, as necessary for the operation of the Service. We do not sell your data. Some providers may be located outside the EEA — in such cases, the safeguards provided for by law apply (for example, standard contractual clauses).
If the business or its assets are transferred (merger, acquisition, sale), your data may be transferred to the new owner while preserving the terms of this Policy; we will notify you of any such transfer.
Account and report data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after it is closed, or until your deletion request. Payment and accounting records are retained for the period established by law.
Data of analyzed profiles is deleted together with the corresponding report or the user's account; technical caches (including the cache of images and inferred attributes) are cleared automatically within a reasonable time or upon request at support@redflagradar.win.
You have the right to: access your data; rectify it; erase it ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; obtain a copy of your data (portability); withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to support@redflagradar.win. We will respond within the timeframes established by law.
If you believe that data from your public profile was processed through the Service and you want us to stop processing and delete this data, write to support@redflagradar.win — we will fulfill the request and, if necessary, block your profile from being analyzed again.
We use necessary cookies for the site to function and (with your consent) analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage your choices in the consent banner and in your browser settings. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. Complete security on the internet cannot be guaranteed.
The Service is intended only for persons aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we may have obtained a child's data, write to support@redflagradar.win — we will delete it.
The Service may contain links to third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies — we recommend reviewing them separately.
We may update this Policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the update.
