Subscription & Refund Terms

1. Subscription and price

• Access to paid features is provided under a subscription.
• Price: $14.95 per week.
• The charge is made immediately at checkout and then every week thereafter.
• The current price and period are always shown on the payment screen before confirmation.
• Payment methods: Visa / Mastercard bank cards via the payment provider.
• The Service is digital: access is granted immediately after successful payment, with no physical delivery.

2. Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically every week at $14.95, and payment is charged to the linked payment method. This will continue until you cancel the subscription.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel the subscription at any time:

• in your account / in the Telegram bot — the "Cancel subscription" button; or
• by writing to us at support@redflagradar.win, stating the email/Telegram the subscription was set up with.

After cancellation, access remains until the end of the period already paid for, and no new charges are made.

4. Refunds

Periods already paid for are non-refundable; however, you can cancel further auto-renewal at any time: after cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period, and no new charges are made.

If you notice an erroneous or unauthorized charge, write to support@redflagradar.win and we will look into it.

5. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU)

For consumers in the EU: by subscribing and beginning to use the digital service immediately, you consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that, for the portion of the period used, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

6. How the charge appears on your statement

On your bank statement, the payment may appear as REDFLAGRADAR.WIN.
